Terapro Construction, dealer for the renowned Case brand, distinguishes itself in the sale and maintenance of new and used construction equipment. A full range of state-of-the-art machinery is offered, including excavators, loaders, tracked dozers, graders and much more, to suit all construction project management needs.
Terapro is looking for a warranty administrator for its branches located in Quebec and Ontario.
The position is based in Varennes with the possibility of remote work.
Salary: from $55,000 to $65,000 and commissions

- Maintain a good understanding of the warranty and the supplier’s commercial terms (invoices, compliance with defined conditions...);
- Ensure the review and follow-up of accessory warranty requests and then authorize credits;
- Identify and report quality issues and complaints;
- Submit claims to suppliers in accordance with warranty policies and procedures;
- Control warranty costs by checking claims;
- Manage billing on a daily basis;
- Resolve outstanding warranty claims.
Profile
- Experience in a similar position (automobile, truck, equipment, machinery);
- High school diploma (preferred) or specialty training;
- Mechanical knowledge;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Knowledge of warranty regulations and company/manufacturer policies;
- Proficiency with warranty management software (often required);
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks;
- French and English bilingualism to serve our branches in Quebec and Ontario.
