Terapro Construction, dealer for the renowned Case brand, distinguishes itself in the sale and maintenance of new and used construction equipment. A full range of state-of-the-art machinery is offered, including excavators, loaders, tracked dozers, graders and much more, to suit all construction project management needs.

For our branch located in Lévis we are looking for a parts and service coordinator.

Responsibilites

  • Plan technician workloads, support the progress and follow-up of work orders;
  • Tracking work order parts; 
  • Respond to service calls and parts, and validate customer needs (e.g., for warranties, prices, parts, etc.);
  • Ensure that the work is carried out in the correct segments and within the required time, and describe the tasks performed, including the parts used;
  • Manage claims for warranties, parts and service;
  • Track maintenance services and service bulletins;
  • Follow up on its files with clients;
  • Monitor the maintenance of the service truck fleet;
  • Ensure a clean display in the showroom;  
  • Assist technicians in certain tasks;
  • Operate a forklift;
  • Participate in the merchandise inventory ;
  • Effectively maintain workspaces;
  • Comply with health and safety rules and regulations.

Profile

  • A high school diploma or experience related to the parts;
  • DEP in the sale of mechanical parts and accessories (an asset);
  • Valid driver’s license;
  • Forklift driving experience;
  • Know how to demonstrate versatility and possess a good team spirit;
  • Knowledge of computer software;
  • French and English bilingualism, spoken and written to deal with Francophone and Anglophone clients, follow-up on complaints, training, etc. (an asset).
