Terapro Construction, dealer for the renowned Case brand, distinguishes itself in the sale and maintenance of new and used construction equipment. A full range of state-of-the-art machinery is offered, including excavators, loaders, tracked dozers, graders and much more, to suit all construction project management needs. 

For our branch located in Val-d'Or (and surrounding area), we are looking for a sales representative – parts, service, and customer support.   

Schedule : 40h/week

Responsibilities  Sales Development – Parts and Service
  • Make visits to clients, if necessary, in order to identify parts, maintenance, repairs, inspection and rehabilitation needs;
  • Promote and sell parts and services according to the monthly and annual sales target;
  • Prepare and ensure the follow-up of parts and services submissions.
Technical support and needs analysis
  • Advise clients in order to optimize the performance and service life of equipment;
  • Identify the risks of breakage, premature wear and imminent needs.
Customer service and client relations
  • Ensure rigorous after-sales follow-up, including satisfaction visits;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers between parts, service and sales departments;
  • Manage incoming communications related to parts and service requests;
  • Maintain proactive communication with fleet managers, foremen and mechanics.
Internal coordination
  • Work closely with the parts, service, workshop and equipment sales departments;
  • Ensure consistency between customer commitments and internal operational capabilities.
Business intelligence and professional development
  • Analyze the market and competition (prices, offers, programs);
  • Keep up to date on products, equipment, promotions, internal systems, etc.

Profile

  • Diploma in the field of representation or sales;
  • Knowledge of construction and/or mining machinery and equipment;
  • Achieving strong negotiation skills and maintaining business relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team;
  • Results-oriented;
  • Valid driver’s license.
