Responsibilities

• Manage the workshop, plan technicians' workloads and purchase orders, etc;
• Manage personnel: schedules, ensure work is carried out according to health and safety standards, development and training;
• Coordinate departmental activities: invoicing, payments, deliveries, etc;
• Work closely with the parts and sales department.

• High school diploma or related training;
• Experience in the machinery or automotive sector, or relevant experience in a related field;
• Computer skills;
• Promotes team cohesion and mobilization;
• Good ability to carry out several activities simultaneously.
