Opportunity: Inventory coordinator

Salary :30$ to 32$/hour

• Analyze, coordinate and validate inventories in the accounting system;
• Track machine movements in the branch network;
• Enter purchase orders and track receipts in the system;
• Provide inventory reports;
• Ensure the integrity of the system’s data by carrying out checks in the various branches;
• Respond to the auditors' questions;
• Carry out the planning and logistics of machinery transportation;
• Monitoring of the vehicle fleet. 

• Experience in inventory management (equipment, automobiles, machinery);
• Knowledge of machinery (an asset);
• Rigorous and methodical in her work;
• Knowledge of the Office suite (mainly Excel) and computerized inventory management systems.
