Opportunity: Sales coordinator
Salary: 26$ to 32$/hour

Reporting to the assistant sales manager, the sales coordinator's main duties include, but are not limited to :
- Work closely with branch managers to gather pertinent information related to sales agreements;
- Create sales contracts in the ERP system;
- Produce purchase orders and forward them to suppliers;
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of purchase order status;
- Process invoices following delivery of equipment;
- Manage equipment inventory availability in real time.
Profile
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role;
- Bilingual English and French to deal with English-French speaking customers.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
- Action and results oriented;
- Ability to multi-task;
- Strong communication, logistical & organizational skills;
- Knowledge of heavy machinery is an asset.
