Terapro Construction, dealer for the renowned Case brand, distinguishes itself in the sale and maintenance of new and used construction equipment. A full range of state-of-the-art machinery is offered, including excavators, loaders, tracked dozers, graders and much more, to suit all construction project management needs.

Our branch located in Sudbury is looking for a parts and service sales representative.

Salary: 50 000$ à 60 000$/year

Responsibilities

  • Represent the company in order to sell parts and offer service to customers in a defined sales area;
  • Keep up to date on the products, features and benefits of any equipment that the company might sell;
  • Plan and optimize territory coverage to maximize results and increase market share by developing and executing strategic business development plans;
  • Create sales opportunities with existing customers and new sales avenues using proactive techniques;
  • Inform customers of new products offered, current offers and purchasing opportunities;
  • Customer retention to ensure growth in parts and service revenue
  • Sales processes including, among others: site visits, presentations, creation and revisions of bids;
  • Attend local industry events to maintain relationships with business partners.
  • Regularly update customer profiles in territory plans for effective customer management.
  • Stay up to date on market and competitive developments so that our customers receive the best possible value.
  • Submit price proposals and find solutions to customer problems.
  • Assist and participate in the development of parts and service promotions;
  • Offer support to the credit department in opening and collecting accounts.

Profile

  • Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC), a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) or a Secondary School Diploma, and/or 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of customer service, heavy machinery or invoicing; all related experience or training will be taken into account;
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and customer service;
  • Knowledge of the clientele targeted by this industrial sector;
  • Good knowledge of heavy machinery (essential);
  • Able to develop and maintain long-term and reliable relationships; Strong sense of organization and time management;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word);
  • Valid driver's license;
  • Bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written, to deal with French and English speaking customers (an asset).
