Terapro Agriculture, dealer of the world-renowned New Holland brand, stands out for its experience in the sale and service of new and used equipment through its network of ten branches across Quebec. Terapro Agriculture offers complete lines of state-of-the-art agricultural equipment including tractors, haymaking equipment, harvesting and much more.

Our expansion plan is to develop the snow removal market in the residential, commercial and municipal sectors.

We are therefore looking for an experienced sales specialist who is passionate about business development for the strategic sectors of the South Shore and the Island of Montreal.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and establish new customers in the snow removal sector;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure continued satisfaction;
  • Understand the needs of operators and propose solutions tailored to their specific operations.
  • Organize demonstrations of the equipment during winter periods;
  • Be able to present and operate the equipment;
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure excellent after-sales assistance.

Profile

  • Basic experience in the sale of agricultural, commercial and industrial equipment or products similar to New Holland tractors, such as Metal Pless, Cotech, SSTA snow plovers and Pronovost and Normand snow blowers;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a team spirit;
  • French and English bilingualism, oral and written, to communicate and deal with clients and suppliers who are both French-speaking and English-speaking;
  • Sense of organization and autonomy;
  • A good command of computer tools.
