Responsibilities

• Manage the workshop: plan the workloads of the technicians, open and close purchase orders, etc.;
• Manage the staff: schedules, ensure that work is carried out in accordance with occupational health and safety standards, development and training;
• Coordinate the department's activities: invoicing, payments, deliveries, etc.;
• Work in close collaboration with the parts and sales department.

• High school diploma or training related to the position;
• Experience in the machinery or automotive sector;
• Computer skills;
• Promote cohesion and mobilization in the team;
• Good ability to carry out several activities simultaneously.
