We are currently looking for a branch manager in Varennes who will be able to mobilize the team, develop the business and ensure the overall performance of the branch. This opportunity is for an inspiring leader who wants to have a concrete impact on the company’s growth, customer satisfaction and employee development.

- Ensure the overall management of the branch, including operations, equipment sales, parts and after-sales service, while ensuring revenue growth and profitability for all departments;
- Deploy Terapro’s strategic orientations and actively contribute to budget planning, financial forecasting and the achievement of business objectives;
- Mobilize, supervise and develop teams in order to foster a culture of commitment, collaboration, performance and talent development;
- Ensure the achievement of financial, sales, market share and key performance indicators (KPI) targets;
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients and partners in the territory;
- Act as an ambassador for Terapro by identifying growth opportunities, market trends and competitive issues in order to support the strategic decisions of the organization.
Profile
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a management role within the heavy equipment sector or related field;
- Recognized experience in managing and mobilizing work teams;
- Good understanding of financial indicators, budgets, performance reports and KPIs;
- Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite, including Excel, Teams and Outlook;
- Mobilizing leadership, business acumen and strong results orientation;
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- Customer focus, priority-setting and ability to grow in a fast-paced environment;
- French and English bilingualism, both orally and in writing, to deal with customers and the various branches of the network.
