Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and parts requests;
• Perform purchase orders and billing;
• Manage claims for guarantees;
• Ensure service follow-up with customers. 

• Experience in a similar position (automobile, truck, equipment, machinery);
• Knowledge of mechanics;
• Skill with computer tools;
• Customer service oriented.
