Salary :26$ à 30$/hour

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, identify and respond to their needs;
• Offer information regarding warranties, prices, part quality, delivery times and payment methods;
• Submit quotes, follow up with clients and close sales;
• Complete internal supporting documents for all transactions (credits, invoices, work orders, etc.);
• Contact existing and new customers to communicate information on promotions;
• Support the service department (supply of parts for technicians);
• Coordinate repairs with the service manager to meet deadlines;
• Ensure optimal merchandising of products;
• Participate in inventory management;
• Take care of the delivery and shipping of products and ensure their efficient organization;
• Efficiently maintain workspaces;
• Comply with health and safety rules and regulations.

• High school diploma or training in mechanics combined with 2 or 3 years of experience;
• Knowledge of mechanical parts/heavy equipment;
• Excellent communication, customer service and sales skills.
