Responsibilities

• Ensure the complete management of the branch, including daily operations, equipment sales, parts and after-sales service, while ensuring sales growth and profitability for all departments;
• Deploy and execute the Terapro corporate strategic plan, participate in budgeting, financial forecasting and results monitoring;
• Lead, coach and develop the branch teams, fostering an engaged, high-performing and long-term success-oriented workforce for the company, customers and employees;
• Achieve financial targets including sales, market share and KPIs;
• Provide strategic feedback to management on growth opportunities, market trends and competitive pressures.

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in construction or related sectors;
• Solid experience in employee management;
• Mastery of computer tools: MS Office 365 (Excel, Teams, Outlook);
• Ability to analyze performance data, financial reports and KPIs;
• Leadership, team spirit and results orientation;
• Strong capacity for stress management, conflict resolution and decision making;
• Customer orientation and sense of priorities;
• French and English bilingualism (spoken and written) required to interact with both French- and English-speaking clients.
