Our branch located in Lévis is looking for a technical advisor/workshop manager.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and parts requests;
• Produce purchase orders and invoices;
• Manage warranty claims;
• Ensure service follow-up with customers;
• Ensure the day-to-day management of the construction equipment maintenance workshop;
• Coordinate the work of the team of technicians;
• Ensure administrative follow-up of interventions and updating of equipment technical files.

• Experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of mechanics;
• Ability to work with computer tools;
• Customer service oriented.
