We are looking for a coordinator to accounts payable.

Salary: 22$ to 25$/hour

Responsibilities

Reporting to the financial director, the accounts payable coordinator will be responsible for coordinating accounts payable tasks within Terapro Agriculture's various branches. The main responsibilities will be to:

  • Enter, verify and manage supplier invoices in the computer system;
  • Review data to correctly allocate invoices to the appropriate accounts and departments;
  • Work with internal teams to resolve any issues or problems related to invoice processing;
  • Make payments by cheque, transfer or EFT;
  • Make provision entries where necessary;
  • Perform tasks related to closing accounts payable;
  • Create new suppliers in the database;
  • Answer various questions from internal and external partners.

Profile

  • DEC in administrative techniques;
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the field of accounting and accounts payable;
  • Ability to evolve in an ever-changing environment;
  • Excellent mastery of the Office Suite (especially Excel);
  • Sense of organization and responsibilities, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Thoroughness and respect for deadlines.
